SHIPPING POLICY
Ordinary, Nonfreight Orders
Orders $25 or more ship free to the lower 48.
For ordinary, nonfreight orders shipping to the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia:
• Order totals below $25: $14.50 standard shipping.
• Order totals of $25 or more: FREE standard shipping.
For ordinary, nonfreight orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii:
• Standard shipping is $25 at every order total.
These rates apply to all ordinary, nonfreight products, including products formerly offered free shipping under $25.
Other US territories retain their existing shipping rules. Available rates are shown at checkout.
Freight Motors and Liftgate Service
Eligible motors include free LTL freight to the lower 48 states when liftgate service is not required.
If liftgate service is required, a single $150 liftgate service charge applies per order. Select your delivery and unloading method before adding the motor to your cart.
Eligible motors also offer “Arrange my own freight”.
Alaska freight requires a quote. Ordinary Alaska and Hawaii shipping rates do not apply to freight items. Contact us before ordering freight items for delivery outside the lower 48 states.
Champion Compressors
Champion compressors are quote-only, with freight included in the confirmed quote. An arrange-your-own-freight option is not available for Champion compressors.

Processing and Transit Times
Ordinary, nonfreight orders placed before 12 PM Central Time ship the same business day. Orders received after 12 PM Central Time ship the next business day.
Freight motors and Champion compressors follow their confirmed availability and delivery arrangements.
Our standard shipping methods usually take 2–3 business days in transit to the lower 48 states. Transit times are estimates.
We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS, as applicable. Expedited shipping is paid by the buyer.
Shipping Addresses
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before completing checkout. We ship to the address you provide and are not responsible for shipping discrepancies caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Collect Accounts and Special Requests
We can ship eligible items using your FedEx or UPS collect account. Contact us and provide your collect account information before placing your order.
Special packaging or shipping requests must be arranged before completing your purchase. Additional costs for special packaging, double boxing, expedited shipping or other requested services must be paid in full before shipment.
If a special request is made after purchase, you have 24 hours to agree to and pay any additional charges. If the request cannot be agreed upon or the additional charges are not paid within that time, your item will ship using the original shipping method selected.
We reserve the right to combine shipments when you purchase more than one item.
