RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee against damaged or defective items.
Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION
If You have a problem with an item you receive please contact us promptly.
Please take photos if you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping.
Returned items will have a complete functionality check by one of our veteran technicians.
If the item is found to be defective we will give you the option for a full refund or a replacement if a replacement is available.
If an item is found to be in new working order with zero defects we will give you the option to pay for shipping cost plus %10 inspection and handling fee and return the item to you, or refund you Less any shipping cost and / or any applicable fees plus %10 inspection and restocking fees.
Remorseful Buys:
Remorseful Buys will be refunded Less all shipping cost both To and From / or any applicable fees plus %10 inspection and restocking fees.
You are responsible for the handling and care of the item until the time it is handed off to the carrier.
You are also responsible for any negligent handling or damage to any items in your possession.
Items will be inspected upon receipt. Inspections are video recorded for our protection to prevent fraudulent returns such as but not limited to switching a new item for an old item or returning a used item AKA THE OLD SWITCHAROO, or returning empty boxes, or returning something completely different than what was originally sent to you.
Items that bare any obvious signs of being unboxed, mounted or used in any way are no longer considered new BUT used and your return will be denied. If your return is denied we will provide evidence of use such as photographs and/or unboxing videos.
If you choose to keep the item instead of following through with the return for any reason, Please promptly cancel the return request from your end as we can not do so for you.
Blind Purchase
A Blind Purchase is any purchase where it is obvious that the buyer did not do their due diligence to insure the product that was being purchased was the product they intended to buy.
Blind purchases almost always lead to unnecessary returns because the item that was purchased is missing key features the buyer needed in the product.
This may include but not limited to manifold orientation, number of ports in a manifold, the absence or presence of unloader ports, toggle switches, auxiliary contacts to name a few.
Physical sizes, pressure ratings and set points.
Along with any and all other specifications that are otherwise clearly illustrated in our high quality photos and or in our items description.
We are always happy to help guide you through the buying process to ensure you get exactly what you need but it is ultimately up to you the buyer to perform your due diligence to ensure the product you are buying is the product you need.
We can not and will not be responsible for any negligent blind purchases.
Your return will be accepted provided your item meets the requirements listed above but you the buyer are responsible for shipping charges both ways to and from.
Improper use or installation
Warranty and return policy will be null and void if product is used for anything other than its original design and intent or installed incorrectly including a product used with a misdiagnosed piece of equipment that has a condition that causes the product to fail prematurely. (Example: A chattering pressure switch that causes a new starter to fail.). (Example: A product installed in conditions not conducive for the product to operate within the manufacturers intended parameters.

Installation of any electrical components or any components under pressure should be carried out by a licensed electrician or a qualified and trained professional.
Buyer Assumes any and all risk associated with the items purchased.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
