Product Description
Conrader RCT-DC Dual-Control Pilot Unloader Valve
The Conrader RCT-DC supplies a pneumatic control signal to compatible air compressor unloading equipment. It has a 1/4" FNPT pressure inlet and two 1/8" FNPT outlets pilot signal connections.
The dual-control lockout allows a properly equipped electric-motor compressor to use start/stop or continuous operation. At the selected unload pressure, the pilot opens and pressurizes the downstream control line. At the load pressure, it closes and depressurizes that line.

Selection and installation
Match the inlet thread, pilot outlet connections, pressure settings, control arrangement and available mounting clearance to the original valve. Use with compatible unloading controls and, for start/stop operation, an appropriate pressure switch. The pilot valve supplies an air signal; electrical motor switching is handled by the compressor's electrical controls.
The first pressure in each option is the load (cut-in) setting; the second is the unload (cut-out) setting. Select the required option before ordering. Confirm the compressor and receiver are suitable for the selected operating pressures.
