Product Description
Conrader RCT-HU Pilot Valve with Manual Hand Unloader
The Conrader RCT-HU uses receiver pressure to send a pneumatic control signal to compressor unloaders, throttle controls or other compatible devices. This model has a 1/4" FNPT inlet and two 1/8" FNPT outlets, with a 3/8-16 mounting boss. The hand lever provides manual unloading control.

Available Pressure Settings
The lower number is the load (cut-in) setting. The higher number is the unload (cut-out) setting. At cut-out, the pilot opens to pressurize the downstream control line; at cut-in, it closes and releases that control signal.

Application and Selection
Match the original inlet thread, pilot outlet connection, mounting and both pressure settings. This valve controls another device through a pilot signal; it is not a direct replacement for a discharge-unloader/check-valve combination or a certified safety relief valve. Keep the compressor’s separate pressure-protection devices in place.
