If I could give it 10 stars I would, today I called compressor components.com and spoke with Erik. I had sent an email earlier in the day suggesting that I had a dead controller in my square D magnetic motor switch. Erik acry ally called me. This was after I had called Schneider electric and went through a troubleshooting session with their tech support as well concluding that the coil was bad. Erik certainly knew his stuff. He took me through another series of troubleshooting steps (and he apologized for taking more of my time) and had me change a couple wires around just to isolate some of the areas to see whether or not the pressure switch or the coil was bad. He was very patient, calm collected and definitely knew what he was doing. As an electrical engineer myself I know a bit about electricity, but Erik certainly took me to school today in a very good honest and respectful manner, he was able to walk me through the different steps (and explain with clear logic, no BS) and in the end, I actually had a wire that was not in the right place. Through his deliberate troubleshooting we were able to determine the problem. In the many years that I’ve dealt with online companies or even in store for that effect, Erik is probably one of the best customer service representatives you could possibly have. I will definitely give Compressor Components (Erik) another chance whenever I need to take care of any electrical issues….thank you Erik!!!
